Price is right for a small pocket video camera and it has the capacity to record two hours of video on a single charge. I just placed an order and will see how it performs.

My mom said I would get this if I was good in school. When I saw it, I just wanted to puke. I hate the Vado and I would not recommend it, reasons why:
*Ugly design.
*Easy to loose because it is so small.
*When you film the video and when it appears, the movie is fuzzy.
*The mic is terrible.
*Over-priced. Who would pay 99 dollars for a lousy camcorder?
Do not buy this. It is a disappointment.

Awkward to charge and I am still trying to figure out how to use it!
The instructions are not clear and the cord that hooks up to the computer is very short.

Purchased four of these for my school. The “on-board software, nothing to install” was important as we cannot download software to school computers. Recived the product, made a test video with one, and plugged it into the computer. A message popped up stating that in order to view the video XviD codec must be installed.
Say WHAT? The front of the box actually states, “Built-in software, nothing to install.” IT IS ON THE BOX. But inside? A bright yellow note that warns “To view recorded videos on your computer, install XviD codec from [...].
These will be returned and my school district, which is suffering a budget crisis, will have to foot the bill for return postage on a product which was not described with accuracy and truthfulness.
