I work in video professionally and I am very happy with this camera. For the price its unbelievable. Amazon shipped it to me faster than they said they would and I had no problems. I will continue using Amazon to buy all of my equipment.

My Nephew has a Wedding Video and Photography studio in Viet Nam. He loves this camera. His video quality in 480 is much better than his previous Camera’s and the HD is a definite plus and future proofing. This is a popular camera for higher end Video pro’s in Viet Nam and is priced accordingly at around $4,000.00 for local purchase.

This camcorder is a excellent value for the money. It’s size gives it a very professional look and handling quality. It’s signal output options and quality are much more than I expected from a unit of this price range. Even though it is very menu intensive to get to most of the features. I’d recommend it to prosumers as a beginning to professional videography.
